Tick Prevention Talk

Thursday, March 20th from 5:30–7 PM at the Ag Hall

Join Patrick Roden-Reynolds for a discussion on the basics of tick ecology and behavior, including the most important and effective prevention tactics. Presentation will include updates on lone star ticks, Alpha-gal syndrome, and other current topics. Question and answer period to follow the talk.

Patrick Roden-Reynolds is a public health biologist for the Inter-Island Public Health Excellence Collaboration and Director of the Martha’s Vineyard Tick Program. His work focuses on education and surveillance of vector-borne diseases and their vector populations.
