Fair Entry Information

Attention: Fair entry registration and drop off dates have changed for 2026. Please review the new dates below:

Hall Entries

  • ALL HALL entry registrations (including commercial and junior entries) are due by Thursday, August 6th at 7 PM.

  • Non-perishable entry item drop off will be Saturday, August 8th between 1 PM and 6 PM and Sunday, August 9th between 1 PM and 6 PM.

  • Junior perishable entry item drop off will be Wednesday, August 12th between 10 AM and 5 PM. All Junior perishables will be judged on Wednesday.

  • Adult perishable entry item drop off will be Wednesday, August 12th between 10 AM and 5 PM or between 7 AM and 8:30 AM on Thursday, August 13th.

Barn Entries

  • ALL BARN entry registrations are due by Sunday, August 9th at 5 PM.

  • Animals should be brought to the Barn on Wednesday, August 12th between 3 and 7 PM or Thursday, August 13th between 7 and 9 AM.

  • Animals must be inspected by a barn manager and have submitted their health certificate before entering the barn.

Registration is not yet open. There will be two ways to register your entries for the Fair:

  1. Register online on Fair Entry.

  2. Submit paper forms on the Agricultural Hall porch.
