Kate Minifie of Western MA Food Processing Center/Franklin County Community Development Corp. will join us via Zoom to share the basics of value-added products: researching about your market, creating a scalable recipe, choosing packaging, following state and federal regulations, and more. Time for Q&A and community discussion will follow.
