In this garden tour, mother-daughter duo Lynn Hoeft and Rosemary Confalone will discuss their garden, highlighting their composting operation, soil health work, and season extension. Each year for the past 10 years, they have increased both types and varieties and quantity of production (11 years ago the property was woods); they currently have a 40’ x 60’ vegetable garden and an orchard. Some of their favorite things to grow are strawberries, blueberries, asparagus, tomatoes, onions, and garlic.
