If you are interested in finding occasional work this summer processing chickens or using the Mobile Poultry Processing Unit to process your own chickens, please come to this hands-on training! We will cover the process and essential safety regulations for chicken processing. This is training for a potential job opportunity: the Mobile Poultry Processing Unit is available to island chicken farmers and these farmers will need to hire skilled labor for the growing season.

Please email operations@mvagsoc.org to sign up and learn the location. Specify if you are interested as a farmer or a potential employee. Portuguese translation will be available at the training.
